Vegan 101: How to Begin Your Vegan Journey
In this one-week course will put you on the path towards a vegan lifestyle. Each day you will focus on one of the topics through videos, articles and emails. You will have unlimited access to me, as your coach, throughout the week, via email for questions, comments and to get you through your HELP ME! moments. Your topics will include:

Believe it or not, by simply living a vegan lifestyle, you are an activist. Use your newfound knowledge to the best of your ability. Get out there and change the world!
